Annotation:Current Asian economic miracle attracts attention in several ways including political, environmental, security and other dimensions. The aim of the study course is to explain the causes of development and economic growth in China and India with assessment of its impact on social, political, security and environmental issues. China's and India's position in bilateral and international issues, such as international migration or economic relations with other developing countries, will be discussed. In the seminar part of the course, students reflect on recommened readings in short review, prepare a case study on limits of development in India and China in selected area for presentation, and report briefly on news from India and China in context of the development.
