Annotation:Individual tutorials aims at gradual mastering of the best interpretative level possible and overall musicality of the student. Continuing skills development of student´s artistic and technical sides is sought, alongside with growth in opera acting skills. An integral part of the course focuses also on musical theory, historical knowledge and general aestetics. By studing vocal repertoire, students get acquainted with the most pronounced interpretation traditions and approaches of this specialization. In the same time, they get general overview of specific musical features of various historical styles and genres´ periods. Students are encouraged, based on their knowledge and skills levels, to nurture their own artistic personalities. Vocal and breathing techniques, vocals, solfeggias and literature on singing techniques are principal tools for deeper insights into various aspects of high quality and technically correct interpretative singing. By practising and training selected compositions, students cultivate their sense of artistic expressions, musical phrasing and working with texts (its correct articulations and expressive presentation). Accompaniment forms a key part of the course, during which students strive for improving and attaining harmony with the accompanying instrument and are mastering feel for rhytm. Short-term teaching sessions are included into the course and are tutored by top performers. The content focuses on various specific domains of interpretative art. Students are encouraged to undertake their creative artistic work, either in form of projects associated with their studies or by bringing into life their own artistic creations. Student´s artistic growth is carried not only by normative studies, but by giving space to his/her own artistic interpretations whilst recognizing their artistic freedom and personality. Study in Master Degree programme thus support student´s specialization in certain music style. Requirements: Two mandatory performances at interpretation seminar Study of a demanding repertoire of at least sixty minutes Preparing for mandatory solo recital Selected program is to be performed by student at commision exam in front of the commission committee Content: Students are encouraged, based on their knowledge and skills levels, to nurture their own artistic personalities. The course consists of individual singing lessons and accompaniment, whilst selected themes relate to repertoire of individual sessions. Repertoire is freely chosen, based solely on considerations of teacher and student. It is selected, taking into account student´s dispositions, voice characteristics and focus on certain style. Repertoire must be demanding in its technical character.
