Annotation:Sight Reading and Orchestral Parts is a complementary study subject of student´s major specialization in the framework of Instrumental Play study programme. As a potential orchestra player, the student broadens his/her range of knowledge and skills essential for a successful career in musical orchestras. Student is to get acquainted with major works of orchestral repertoire and boosts his/her competence by means of special exercises for a quick orientation and prompt reaction to prima vista. Upon completion of the course the student shall demonstrate a quality rendering of selected and studied orchestral repertoire. Requirements: Performance of studied programme at commission credit performance in front of examination committee. Content: Orchestral works Randomly selected parts for practising sight reading.
