This course expands and deepens knowledge gained in the foundational Social Psychology course. Its objective is to familiarize students with what social psychology is, how it was constituted as a science, how other disciplines contributed to the development of its theory and research, what methods social psychologists use to study how the presence of others influences individual behavior and decision-making, and what the current trends are within the field of social psychology.
